Find your peace at the STim Spot

The STim Spot is the brain child of Life Coach, and DSP Doc. Located within walking distance of downtown Goshen, IN, the STim Spot is a place of escape for those with special needs. Our garden beds, and over all aesthetics have their sensory needs in mind.

“As a person who suffers from social anxity, those with special sencory needs hold a special place in my heart. I envisioned the STim Spot to be a natural escape when the world gets too noisy.”

How it works?

Welcome to the Stim Spot Garden

At Maple City Mutual Aid Division, we are excited to introduce the Stim Spot Garden, an impactful project aimed at creating an inclusive, therapeutic garden space for individuals with disabilities in our community.

About the Project
Gardens have a unique ability to heal and uplift. As Rudyard Kipling once said, “Gardens are not made by singing ‘Oh, how beautiful,’ and sitting in the shade.” They require dedication, vision, and support. The Stim Spot Garden will provide a sensory-rich environment where individuals can engage with nature, experience its calming effects, and foster a sense of belonging and community.

Located in Goshen, Indiana, the Stim Spot Garden will serve as a therapeutic and educational space for differently-abled individuals. This project will offer opportunities to learn gardening skills, receive sensory stimulation, and connect with nature. Additionally, the garden will enhance the local community’s beauty, providing a peaceful retreat for all residents.
